Making IT, Tech and Digital pathways accessible to neurodivergent minds

Discover what you can do with Atypify

At Enter Tech Opportunities CIC, operating as Atypify, we are dedicated to bridging the digital divide for neurodivergent communities. Our mission is to create equitable access to technology and employment opportunities, fostering an inclusive environment where unique talents are celebrated. We envision a world where neurodivergent individuals are empowered to excel in the digital realm, supported by personalized learning experiences and a strong sense of community.

Atypify inclusive training

Designed to be inclusive, with a supportive learning environment, we cater to learners of all backgrounds and skill levels, ensuring that everyone feels welcome and valued throughout their learning journey. We are a non-profit that relies on grants and donations to support those who need it without charge.

Who we work with

Aged 14-25 and living in North London?

The Tech industry has a diversity problem, and Enter Tech Opportunities CIC is trying to change that: a reported 75% of all technical jobs are held by men, and women make up just 14% of the total software engineering workforce. Moreover, neurodivergent women will inevitably face additional barriers to entry. We work with educational establishments and the IT, Tech and Digital industry to inspire entry into these career pathways.

From the overstimulating lighting, loud noises, and strong smells, office environments can send our senses into overdrive! Not to mention that every day is different for a neurodivergent person—some days are a little easier than others (and vice versa).
